Get Ready For The First-Ever EGSA Virtual Trade Show!


As you know, we had to postpone our 2020 in-person conferences due to COVID-19. EGSA takes pride in providing live, educational, networking and trade show events. These events help to keep moving the industry forward by providing a place for our members to interact and get business done. 

After vetting most virtual platforms, we are excited to bring you a one-of-a-kind, interactive, platform that is as close to an in-person event as it comes! 

Prior to the show, attendees and exhibitors will be able to create their own unique avatar. That's right - remember the video game The Sims? Think of this as the EGSA Trade Show Edition! 

Once an avatar is created you will be able to enter the virtual campus. As someone approaches you, their audio will kick in and you can speak with them just as if you were walking up to them in person! Private zones are located throughout the campus where you can have one-on-one or group conversations, without anyone else hearing or joining them.

Exhibitors can host trade show booths and play interactive presentations or videos from the screen(s) in their booths. Best Part! No audio visual or shipping bills! All booths will be 10'x20' in order to maximize branding and customize your booth layout.

Exhibitor & Additional Booth Staff Registration
$250 (Booth + 1 staff person) 
$25 (Additional Booth Staff)

Booth registration includes everything provided with attendee registration, as well as (1) 10'x20' exhibitor booth and (1) registration for booth staff. During your onboarding/training session you will learn how to add presentations and customize your booth layout. Additional booth staff registration includes an additional registration if you'd like to have multiple people working your booth.
