Technical Service Trainer

The Technical Service Trainer is responsible for training/instructing technicians in all aspects of generator repair and installation. Trainer will apply technical skills and knowledge of start-up, operation and troubleshooting of all Generac products.

Duties:

Instruct/Train technicians in all aspects of generator repair and installation

Develop and present technical training curriculum.

Write and review technical documentation such as owner, installation, diagnostic and flat rate manuals and service and training bulletins.
