If your member company registers more than 2 employees (excluding spouses/significant others and complimentary exhibitors/sponsors), each additional person receives a 50% discount on their registration fee (not applicable to the optional items)! To receive the discount, please contact EGSA to receive the special code. If we find the code was used in error, you will be responsible for the additional registration fees owed.

If you are BRAND NEW to EGSA, you will need to set up a new account and EGSA will link it to your company profile; please be sure to include your company name. This will all need to be done prior to registering.
Adding An Activity Afterwards
If you have already registered for the Fall Conference and wish to add an activity or tour, please use the registration link above to sign-in and select the "Already Registered: Adding on Tour or Networking Event" to modify your registration.
If you are a member firm but see non-member pricing when registering, this means your company’s membership is not paid yet for 2023 OR you are not registered under the company’s membership. An EGSA staff person needs to add that connection in the company's membership profile to be eligible for the member rate. Please contact EGSA at email@example.com for assistance. You will need to do this BEFORE registering.
You must be a member at the time of registration to get the member rate. If you or your company joins/renews after you register, you will not receive a refund for the difference in fees so make sure your dues are current when registering.
Spouse/Significant Other/Family Member of Attendee
Individuals that are employees of companies in the power industry and/or members of EGSA are NOT ELIGIBLE to register as a Spouse/Significant Other. If you register at the wrong category, we will update your registration type and will be invoiced for the difference in registration fees.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds (excluding tours and networking activities) will be granted until September 12, 2023 minus $125 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after September 12, 2023. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences. No refunds will be provided if you cancel a networking activity.
