Overview:
The Director of Education is a key position in a small and growing trade association. This position is very “hands-on” and detailed oriented in providing an outstanding educational experience for our members and the industry-at-large. The Director will develop and execute strategies to grow and standardize EGSA training, a top association priority, by working with leadership and key members, as well as enhancing current educational programs including our popular schools and certification programs. The person will be a self-starter, agile and nimble, is able to work on numerous projects simultaneously, and has a passion for creating new work products while maintaining day-to-day processes. The Director is an independent thinker with outstanding communication, project management and judgment skills in navigating multiple priorities with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Region: 100% Virtual with 50-60% Travel
