Memberships are active for one year from the date that you join. The majority of EGSA's memberships are corporate - once the company is a member, all of its employees receive member pricing and benefits.
If your company is a member and you want to be added to the member list, please contact us with your name and email address and we will add you. Once you are on the member list, you can register for any EGSA event and receive member pricing. There is no additional cost to be included in the member list.

You can search for an individuals associated with member organizations in our Individual Membership Directory.
Our Annual Buying Guide is available digitally as well! The site is updated annually when EGSA submits the member data to the publisher. Search the buying guide at www.egsabuyingguide.com.
EGSA focuses specifically on "on-site electric power generation," which can be defined as:
Any method of producing power that will be used on or near the site at which it is generated. This includes demand response, prime power, and many others. It even encompasses alternative power sources such as wind, solar, and fuel cells.
EGSA's committees do the heavy lifting in the organization. We would not be what we are without the hours of work donated by our volunteers. Many of EGSA's programs started as an idea during a committee meeting, which was developed and sent to EGSA's Board of Directors for approval.
All committees meet in person twice a year at our annual conferences. Many of them meet in between conferences via conference call. There is no formal sign up process for our committees - simply attend a conference and join the meeting. If you cannot participate in this way, but are interested in contributing, visit our Committees page and contact the officers of the committee that holds your interest.
EGSA membership offers many benefits - in fact, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. Please visit our New Members page to see how you can take advantage of your member benefits.
