AC Alternator Diagnostics Technician

1. Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing, via hand tools and motor driven test beds and load-bank use.

2. Performing repairs on returned product.

4. Identify the complaint and cause and the correction for all returned generator issues.

7. Effectively communicate with Mecc Alte Inc team members and at times with customers.

8. Process all paperwork required for records keeping of all returns for warrantable and non-warrantable failures.

9. Use multiple software applications to write up reports for the customers and the factory

10. Additional duties as assigned.
