Human(s) in the AI loop (and everywhere else)

The arrival of powerful AI tools in late 2022 changed everything. In just a few years, these tools have completely transformed how we work. In this session, we focus on how these technologies apply to data centers and field work. Using smart AI assistants that help create data analytics predictive maintenance dashboards, teams can now get much more done with very little extra cost or training. We also look at AI systems that can think through and handle repetitive tasks on their own, which saves a lot of time.

We will show how a small team used these AI enabled tools to completely rebuild a dashboard for managing a fleet of devices. They created an automated AI operator that handles the day-to-day operations much faster than before. The AI operator has been designed to stay grounded in the institutional and domain knowledge from the Fleet Operations team using techniques we will outline.
