Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is a team of passionate advocates and ambassadors who champion the value of EGSA membership and work to grow and strengthen the EGSA community. Dedicated to both recruitment and retention, the committee plays a key role in promoting EGSA’s mission and impact across the onsite power generation industry.

In partnership with EGSA staff, the committee supports strategic outreach, fosters member engagement, and helps ensure that every member feels welcomed, connected, and informed.

Current and ongoing initiatives include:

• Championing EGSA within the onsite power generation community as the leading organization for education, connection, and industry advancement
• Onboarding and welcoming new EGSA members to ensure a positive and engaging start to their membership journey
• Actively recruiting and referring new members to expand EGSA’s reach and strengthen the industry network
• Hosting the New Member Reception at EGSA Conferences to help new members build relationships and engage with the EGSA community

Through these efforts, the Membership Committee helps position EGSA as the essential association for professionals in on-site power.
