The Onsite Power Generation Basic School is designed to provide students with an overview of generator systems theory and application for both the mechanical and electrical components. Students will, not only, learn about the technology and science behind this equipment, but also, will learn about the codes and standards that regulate the use of this equipment, basic safety considerations, and some high-level maintenance needs. This school is impactful for anyone working in the onsite power generation industry including sales, marketing, management, applications engineers, engine technicians, facility managers, end-users and administrative personnel. General Information
This School will be completely online and take place from 8:30am - 5:30pm (Eastern) Tuesday-Thursday. This School DOES NOT currently include a copy of EGSA's Reference Book: A Comprehensive Guide to On-Site Power.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until Monday, January 26, 2026 minus $125 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after January 26, 2026 but registration transfers are allowed. Please reach out to education@egsa.org if you would like to transfer your registration to another virtual basic virtual school. All refunds will be issued after the Event. Confirmed attendees who do not attend the School will not be issued refunds or credit towards future EGSA Events.
