Parts Associate

  • Have minimum of (3) years’ experience in diesel parts applications
  • Be capable of researching for current & obsolete diesel engine parts (internet & vendor websites)
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Outlook)
  • Read catalogs or computer to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
  • Receive and provide priced quotes for parts.
  • Communicate with management and staff on all issues.
  • Research & order parts as needed in a timely fashion.
  • Issue spare and replacement parts, equipment and expandable items used in maintenance field.
  • Take inventory of parts and equipment and maintain inventory records.
  •  May drive to pick up incoming stock or pick up and deliver parts to units in other building or locations.
