If you are a member but are only seeing non-member pricing when you click the link above, it either means that your company's membership is not paid for 2021 OR you are not registered under the company's membership.  Please contact EGSA for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted until Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. (EST). A fifty percent (50%) refund will be granted until Tuesday, September, 7, 2021. No refunds or credits toward future conferences will be granted after September 7, 2021. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences. 

*NO refunds will be granted for networking events as deposits are pre-paid.
