Terry Bradshaw
Co-host and Analyst, FOX NFL Sunday and NFL Legend

A larger-than-life personality known for his energy, zeal and enthusiasm both on and off the field, Terry Bradshaw is an All-American icon. From his achievements in football as a Hall of Fame quarterback and two-time Super Bowl MVP, to his celebrity success as television’s preeminent football analyst, best-selling author, television and film actor and gospel singer with three hit albums, Bradshaw is a beloved household name who came from humble beginnings to achieve astounding success. Having reached the pinnacle of professional accomplishment and survived the depths of depression, Bradshaw talks about sacrifice, pain, competition and adversity. He illuminates how he used the power of positive thinking to reach levels of success he never dreamed possible.

Matthew Drake
Co-founder and Partner, BaseRock Partners LLC

An industry leader in the structuring and execution of ESOP buyouts, Matt brings nearly two decades of financial advisory experience to BaseRock Partners. Matt also has extensive experience in advising middle-market companies in mergers & acquisitions other internal ownership transitions. Prior to founding BaseRock Partners, Matt’s experience included leading global financing, strategy, and M&A for a publicly traded renewables firm; leading M&A and ESOP transactions for Prairie Capital; and as a Managing Director at FMI Capital Advisors, where he advised clients on M&A and internal management buyouts as well as leading the company’s ESOP advisory practice.  Matt has completed more than 50 transactions in his career and is a frequent speaker on topics including ownership transfer, mergers and acquisitions, and ESOPs. Matt is a recipient of the 11th Annual Emerging Leaders Award of 2020 presented by The M&A Advisor (formerly known as the M&A Advisor’s 40 Under 40 Award). Mr. Drake is a graduate of the University of Iowa and received his Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.  Matt currently resides in Kirkwood, Missouri with his wife Kristin, son Nolan, daughter Evelyn and dog Wrigley.

Scott Duncan
Co-founder and Partner, BaseRock Partners LLC

Scott is a co-founder and partner of BaseRock Partners. Scott brings more than 20 years of financial advisory experience to BaseRock, including 15 focused exclusively on construction and construction materials M&A transactions.  Prior to cofounding BaseRock, Scott was a Managing Director at FMI Capital Advisors, where he co-managed the company’s construction materials group. Prior to FMI, Scott led corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions for Lafarge North America (now LafargeHolcim) in the Western United States.  Scott’s transaction experience spans all types of construction industry clients, including general building contractors, heavy civil contractors, and a wide variety of specialty contractors. Scott also maintains extensive transaction expertise in construction materials markets (cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, hot-mix asphalt, and integrated paving firms).  Mr. Duncan is a frequent speaker at construction industry events on financial trends, mergers and acquisitions activity, valuation, and internal stock transfer planning. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.  Scott resides in Broomfield, Colorado with his wife Tracey and sons William and Jack.

Ryan Loso
General Manager/Business Director, Cummins Generator Technologies

Ryan Loso is the General Manager/Business Director for Cummins Generator Technologies, Americas region business.   He has over 25 years of Power Generation experience and leadership in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business Development, all with Cummins Generator Technologies.  Ryan is a life-long resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota where he lives with his wife, Heather, their two daughters, Avery (11) and Emma (9), and their Cava-poo puppy, Evie (1).  In his free time, Ryan enjoys golfing, skiing, boating with his family and practicing sports with his daughters.  He also enjoys fine dining and wine tasting with his wife and friends.  Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN.  He is also a certified Six Sigma Green belt.

Joseph Martorano
VP of Engineering, Northeast-Western Energy Systems

Joseph Martorano P.E. is a graduate of Penn State University and a Licensed Mechanical Engineer in 6 states and has over 35 years’ experience in the energy and utility industry.  Joseph was the past general Manager of the New Jersey and New York region for Veolia Energy’s district energy systems (Now Vicinity Resources) located in Trenton New Jersey and Brooklyn New York.  Joseph was a past speaker at both the IDEA 2019 Campus Energy and Annual Conference on sustainable microgrids. Joseph was also the Vice President of Supply Management for Exelon’s unregulated business that supplied power to over 400 institutional customers in Massachusetts.  Joseph led the team that developed electric retail competition in the State of Pennsylvania and developed one of the first unregulated retail energy pilots in the country. Joseph has been working in the “green” energy space for many years and helped develop over 5% of all solar projects in the State of New Jersey.  Joseph was the past Senior Vice President of Kiely Engineering.  Kiely was a specialized Design-Build firm serving the water and energy utility industry. Presently Joseph is the Vice President of Engineering for Northeast Western Energy Systems.  NES-WES is a vertically integrated firm that provides EPC services to the non-utility generating industry.  We specialize in hybrid systems and cogeneration.

Michael Norelli
VP of Sales & Business Development, Northeast-Western Energy Systems

Michael Norelli is the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Northeast-Western Energy Systems (NES-WES). Michael and his team partner with consulting engineers, developers, construction firms and end users to develop distributed energy and onsite power projects. Michael is particularly focused on combining multiple technologies such as reciprocating engines, solar, storage and electric vehicle charging stations to develop hybrid power microgrids. Prior to NES-WES Michael work at General Electric in various commercial, sales and marketing role focused on the distributed power industry. Michael has master’s in engineering systems and an MBA from MIT as well as bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University. Michael lives in upstate New York with his wife and three kids.

Marcelo J. Oliveira 
VP of Global Sales,  Marathon Electric – Generators (Regal Rexnord Corporation)

Marcelo has been involved with rotating machines (electric motors and generators/alternators) since 1995 and in Power Generation since 1998. Throughout his career, he has worked with different manufacturers engaged in similar products and same industry. Marcelo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, but his entire business life has been in sales, which along with Power Generation is his passion. Since 2003 Marcelo has been involved in selling generators globally, based in North America and lots of travelling around the globe.

John Alday
VP of Applications & Product Engineering, FlexEnergy Solutions

John has over 30 years of experience in product development and implementation of leading-edge technologies and has been with FlexEnergy since it purchased Ingersoll Rand’s small gas turbine business in 2011. During 19 years with Ingersoll Rand in the air compressor and turbine businesses, John held staff level leadership positions with responsibility for new product development, sustaining engineering, operations, facilities, and order delivery. Formerly, John was a field engineer for Schlumberger Well Services, providing engineering services in the Gulf of Mexico on exploration drilling rigs. John earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. He holds two patents and is based in Charlotte, NC, USA.

Robert Bono
​Western Sales Manager, Johnson Matthey Stationary Emissions Control LLC

Bono has a BS Degree in Chemistry and MBA in Organization Management.  He has R&D and Sales related to chemical processes and plant chemical applications for over 40 years.  Been with Johnson Matthey for 16 years in the Stationary Emissions Division for air emission reduction from fossil fuel combustion.  Focus on: Diesel Particulate Filters, Selective Catalytic Reduction, and Oxidation Catalyst applications for stationary engines.  Lives in Sourthern California.

Emanuele Bianchini
Vice President, Engineering & Business Development, American Acoustical Products

Emanuele Bianchini has almost 30 years of experience in acoustics, noise and vibration. He has been developing innovative products in industries ranging from automotive to consumer electronics, from sporting goods to industrial equipment. Emanuele is passionate about the importance of addressing acoustic pollution in our everyday lives. He has worked in small companies doing acoustic consulting as well as large corporations driving change for an improved human environment. Emanuele holds a BS and MS in Engineering Science from Penn State University. He is currently employed as VP of Engineering and Business Development at American Acoustical Products, a company in the Boston area that designs and manufacture acoustic treatments for a variety of industries.

Nathan Harris
Director of Education, EGSA

Nathan Harris has been with EGSA since 2019, Before joining EGSA Nathan served in senior training & development roles in aerospace manufacturing, retail, and non-profits. Nathan also served in the United States Marine Corps from 2003-2014 ending his career as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer at the Naval Air Technical Training Center in Pensacola, FL. Nathan earned is MBA from Nova Southeastern University and has a Bachelors in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University.

Michelle Hilger
Diesel Fuels Specialist & OnSite Power Advocate, Mongoose Power Solutions, LLC

Michelle Hilger is a Diesel Fuels Specialist and OnSite Power Generation Advocate bridging the gap between regulatory agencies, end users, and generator service providers. For the last four years, Michelle has led a team of industry experts, fighting for a change within NFPA 110 in regards to diesel fuel sampling and maintenance for emergency power supply systems. In October 2020, Michelle became STI SP001 Aboveground Tank Inspection certified.

Matthew Quinn
Applications Engineer, Siemens Energy

Matt Quinn is an Applications Engineer for Siemens-Energy Engine Business with 11 years of experience working with high-speed rotating machinery. Matt started with Dresser-Rand/Siemens in the steam turbines division as a part of Engineering Management Acceleration Program; experiencing a variety of positions ranging from Operations, R&D, Product Line Management, before becoming an Applications Engineer for Siemens-Energy internal combustion engine product line. Matt currently supports Siemens-Energy channel partners on a variety of prime power and emergency standby projects in the onsite power industry including continuous power generation, combined heat and power, and waste to energy markets to ensure the proper application of Siemens-Energy gas engines.

James Richmond
President, e2 Companies

Mr. Richmond is the President of the e2 Companies and oversees the deployment of utility grid reliability solutions, emission systems, specialized IoT products, and power purchase agreements. These products are matched with Professional Engineering services and product indemnification for a unique Liability Management offering unmatched by any company in their space. James was the Founder and President of eServ, a Perot Systems Company and still serves as an industry consultant and strategic advisor to Dell. At Perot Systems, he developed an international organization with offices in India, China, Spain, and Mexico. His diligent pursuit of new opportunities led eServ to become a Product Development Company for many Fortune 1000 companies and to expand globally growing revenue 50% annually for 8 consecutive years with significant profit contribution as mentioned in Perot’s quarterly report. Prior to Perot, he was one of the founders and CEO of eServ, LLC. He grew eServ to become the largest North American Product Development Company and downstate Illinois’ largest Value Added Reseller of IBM, Sun Microsystems, EMC, and Storage Tek. Prior to eServ, he held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for CBT Companies, Inc. of Illinois, growing and diversifying the business to a large industry player in the Engineering and IT space. James has been on the forefront of developing the outsourced engineering industry and product development for 25 years. eServ was awarded the Global Number One ranking by the Black Book of Outsourcing in Engineering Support Services and Mechanical Engineering for 2006, 2007 and 2008. Companies have consistently turned to his expertise to help develop their outsourced product strategy. James was adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at Bradley University and is an avid boater.

Marc Rost

Marc Rost is a Regional Manager with Johnson Matthey’s Stationary Emissions Control group where held various roles during his 10 years with the company. His career in the air pollution industry has spanned over 40 years working in the domestic and international power, chemical and petrochemical industries. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Temple University.

Tom Wein
Training Officer, Prime Power

With over 30 years of combined experience which includes 23 years Power Generation and 16 years HVAC, Tom has a strong training background and has set up numerous technician training programs for the military, Tech schools, major manufactures, RV, and HVAC industries. After the Military, Tom ran his own business as an Electrical and HVAC contractor for 12 years, is a Master Training Specialist, EGSA certified journeyman technician, holds a Universal EPA certification, Technician Excellence instructor, active in EGSA's technician certification, education, and load bank committees. Tom specializes in developing task-oriented hands-on training for internal technicians and external customers to meet their specific training needs.
